Weekend Workout Info and Training Plan for this Saturday

All varsity skiers are expected to make the Saturday practices, even if they need to get a ride. Carpool if possible.  If you can’t make it, you must do the workout on your own or with friends.  This is the day that we have the time and light to do our long workouts which are vital to your improvement as a skier.

JV and DV skiers are welcome as well (parents often come and workout at the same site).

Saturday, November 14, 9:00 AM

Long Rollerski or Run. Meet at the Depot Coffee House (this might change to Hyland depending on conditions.  Check back and listen for announcements)

Run or Rollerski preferred (or bike if the legs are sore)
