Plan for Varsity and JV: Week of December 14

Going to ski camp? This is a good week to get your skis waxed, so bring them to school and get them waxed.  If you are at West, we will bring skis from West to the High School on Monday.

Monday, Dec 14
Meet after school
Varsity- Share your workouts with Fuhr workouts from the weekend.  Depending on if skied this weekend 
and if skiing JNQ next weekend workouts will vary this week—Coach Fuhr will fill you in..  As a team, we have no scheduled snow at the Three Rivers Parks.

Roller ski or run 30, Strength

Ski on own or Roller ski

Wednesday, Dec. 16
30 to 40 minutes roller-ski or shorter run, Strength

Thursday, Dec 17
15 warm up, 3-4 x 8 L3 -3 minute recovery

Friday Dec 18 No team practice, but you should go for a short run 30 minutes and abs. Get ready for ski camp

Saturday Dec 19  
Leave for ski camp ski, in the afternoon long classic
or if in town ski on own at Hyland (classic if possible)
