On Thursday 12/3, for Junior High Students, we will have a dry land workout at the high school.  Sorry, the snow is too far gone for any more skiing at this time.  Be prepared to be outside.  Walking/running workout in the backyard and we will grab some of the old poles in the wax room for a pole walk/run.

Hyland and Elm Creek both have short loops of about 1 kilometer of man-made snow open at this time.  We cannot use these trails as a team yet, but you can ski there with friends and family.  Make sure your bring your Three Rivers ski pass.

Thursday 12/3 for Varsity and High School Skiers
A.M,.  on own at Hyland or at Elm Creek.  Varsity will be going to area ski venues in the morning.  An important note, the trails are closed to official practice and it is vital all skiers share the limited regional snow with all skiers in your usual polite respectful selves.  It is also important to ski with your pass and not all at the same place at the same time.  NO STANDING and visiting in the trail.
The ski practice:
Simple, ski 90 minutes easy enjoy the snow.  Concentrate on getting on top of your ski and glide, ski without poles every other loop without poles for 30 of the 90  minutes.  Make sure you time 90 steady ski.
